Nalbari (Assam), Apr 11 At least 30 people, mostly children, have fallen ill after allegedly eating&aposprasad&aposat a village in lower Assam&aposs Nalbari district, official sources said here today.
Locals fell sick last night after consuming&aposprasad&aposmade of raw milk, uncooked wheat, curd and jaggery at Piplibari village in Belsore area, the sources said.
Altogether 13 of them, including nine children, were today shifted to Sahid Mukunda Kakoti Civil Hospital in the district headquarters. While the rest are being given medical treatment at Piplibari Health Centre, the sources said.
